01Risk of loss

Trading futures, options and other leveraged products carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Leverage means a relatively small market movement can produce a loss that is large in proportion to the money you have deposited, and it can move against you as easily as for you.

You can lose your entire deposit. Depending on your broker, account type and jurisdiction, you may also be liable for losses beyond the amount you deposited. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, including money needed for living costs, debt payments or obligations to other people.

03About the numbers we publish

Figures on this site are measurements of historical price data over a stated period, using a stated method. They describe what happened in the past. They are not forecasts, they do not indicate what will happen next, and market conditions, volatility, liquidity, session behaviour, change.

Where a tool computes a figure from values you enter, that output is an arithmetic result of your own inputs. It is not a prediction, not a recommendation, and not a statement that a particular stop, size or approach is correct or safe.

We publish no performance claims, no account results and no testimonials about profitability, because we make no claim that our material improves anyone's trading results.

04Hypothetical and simulated results

Any illustrative example, simulated scenario or backward-looking measurement on this site has inherent limitations. Unlike a live account, a hypothetical record does not involve financial risk and cannot account for slippage, fills, fees, latency, or the psychological pressure of trading real money.
